This morning we attended the Root of Blessing church that meets in the same building as the school that Mike heads up. It is always such a unique experience to be part of another culture's worship service -- there is so much that is the same and so much that is unfamiliar.
We were all immediately struck by how young the church is. There were very few people over the age of 30. There was a lot of music and prayer during the two hour service. There were a lot of people involved -- a lot of different talents were being used. A group of five girls joined the worship team for a few songs and led the group in some dance/actions. We enjoyed experiencing all of that energy and excitement and only wished we could understand what they were saying. :)
